  I forgot the name of the person i spoke to, but whoever this person was, Please BE KIND! If you’re experiencing a bad day or so tired at work just call out if you will just be mean to people! I was just wondering what products or items do they carry in outlet since I live faraway. She sounded RUDE and irritated when I asked if there’s anyway to check the product online or if they can send me pictures of their items. She said “we don’t do that” in a mean tone and she suddenly hang up the phone while I’m saying thank you and good-bye. Not even a “good-bye” or “have a nice day”. Or even without that, she should not hang up the phone loud!
