  I called with what i thought was a problem, but the person that answered the phone helped me thru it and i came away with all questions answered and happy.. A big thank you to that person.. (wish i could remember her name)

  I’ve called several times and leave messages each time trying to find an answer to my question and I finally get a call back a week later and still don’t get an answer to my question. I then get transferred to someone else who is out and so I leave another message. Hopefully this person can answer my question. I’m frustrated with the customer service this facility has.
